New Year fireworks in Portscatho

While London has its huge fireworks display on New Year’s Eve, the pretty Cornwall village of Portscatho has its own display on New Year’s Day itself. This year, however, the display was set back a day – to the 2nd of Jan – because inclement conditions. CottageBreaks.uk was down in Portscatho not for this year’s display but a couple of years ago. Here’s some photos from a lovely event.

Portscatho, on the Roseland Peninsula, is a beautiful location and well worth a visit.
